About 8 years ago I came across a really great site that had some amazing kratom smoothie recipes. The website has since been out of commission, but I did manage to keep the recipes handy for some time in the future. A few of you reached out to me and asked me to post a few more kratom smoothie recipes. So, below I am posting a few favorites from back in the day.
Kratom smoothies are an easy and effective way to get your morning dose along with some beneficial nutrients. These highly nutritious smoothies come super charged with ingredients such as ginger.
BREAKFAST KRATOM SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:1-2 tsp Red Dragon, Green Dragon, Super Select, Evergreen (or your fave strain!)1 cup of orange juice1 cup of vanilla yogurt1/8 tsp. of cinnamon1 ripe banana1 avocado, pitted
Preparation:Put all the ingredients in a mixer or blender and process until everything is velvety and smooth.
ORANGE GINGER KRATOM SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:1-2 tsp kratom powder1 cup almond or coconut milk1 ripe banana1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice1 avocado, pitted1/4 tsp ground ginger1/4 tsp turmeric1 tbsp honey
Preparation:Place all ingredients in a blender. Juice until smooth and creamy. Serve and enjoy!
CHOCOLATE BLUEBERRY KRATOM SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:1-2 tsp kratom powder2 tsp cocoa powder1 cup almond or coconut milk1/4 tsp vanilla extract1 dash ground nutmeg2 tsp maple syrup or honey1 cup of frozen blueberries1 dash ground cinnamon
Preparation:Mix all ingredients in blender or juicer until even and smooth.
Serve & enjoy!
