Our Story

Meet our founder, Mike

Beaufort Organics was founded by Mike Harris, a Beaufort native whose personal journey became the spark for something much bigger. After facing his own battle with dependence on pain medication, Mike began searching for a more natural way to find balance and reconnect with life. That search led him to Kratom, a plant with deep roots in Southeast Asia and a long history of traditional use.

In 2017, Mike shared his experience in a heartfelt YouTube video—never expecting it to reach millions of viewers. The video went viral, and suddenly people from across the country were reaching out, curious and inspired by his story. The outpouring of interest led Mike and his wife Toni Harris to take a leap of faith and turn their message into a mission: to create Beaufort Organics, a brand built on transparency, trust, and community.

Over the past eight years, Beaufort Organics has grown from humble beginnings into a trusted name known for integrity and care. Mike and Toni have heard from thousands of individuals who were also looking for honest information and natural options in their wellness journeys.
