Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.

3. Legality Notice

Kratom’s legal status varies by state, county, and city within the U.S.
By placing an order, you confirm that the purchase, possession, and use of kratom are legal in your jurisdiction.
We are not responsible for shipments delayed, returned, or seized due to local or state restrictions.
We do not ship to locations where kratom is restricted or prohibited.

5. Product Information & Availability

Occasionally, errors or updates may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, update listings, or limit quantities at any time without prior notice.

 

6. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for product cost, shipping, and applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or regulatory concerns.

 

7. Subscriptions / Auto-Delivery (if applicable)

By enrolling in a subscription or auto-delivery plan, you authorize recurring charges to your saved payment method at your chosen interval.
You may modify or cancel your subscription under My Account → Subscriptions or by contacting support before the next renewal to avoid additional charges.
Pricing and availability for subscription products are subject to change.

 

8. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day if placed before 3 PM EST (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier accepts the shipment.
We do not ship to restricted or illegal locations.

 

9. Returns & Refunds

We value your satisfaction and handle returns with care.

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in original condition (shipping costs are non-refundable).

  • For opened products, contact support — eligibility for refund or replacement is determined case by case.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours (wrong or damaged item).

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection or confirmation of return.

10. Lab Testing & Quality Standards

Each batch is tested by independent laboratories for purity, identity, and quality — including alkaloid content, heavy metals, and microbial safety.
Certificates of Analysis are available upon request.
We follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure consistency and safety.

By submitting reviews, photos, or other materials, you grant Beaufort Organics a royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use that content for marketing, product pages, or promotional purposes.
